HRTrainee

　　职位描述

1.Support administration management: shuttle bus/ foreign customerreception/cleaning/ office stationery / airticket booking / Dormitorymanagement and etc.

2.attendance management.

3.human resources document management (labor contract/trainingagreement/supplier contract and etc.).

4.be responsible for site communication activities (annualcommunication plan budget to be defined, implenmented andfollowed-up; to creat a more active & better relationship betweenemployees).

5.support HRM for recruitment procedures: CV screen/cold call/interviewarrangement & follow-up; build up talent pool for key positions,trainee hiring and support campus recruitment).

　　岗位要求

1.at least 3 working days every week.

2.HR or English major is preferred.

3.can work under pressure.

4.eager to learn and willing to take challenge.
